The OSTESA EU – Organizational success through employee satisfaction will start in March the pilot test of its training programmes, which comprise a set of resources that can improve the performance of SMEs through the organizational climate and employees’ satisfaction. This is an up-to-date study of the dimensions of the organizational climate, namely: Communication, Recognition, Rewards, Cohesion, Support, Clarity, Trust, Leadership, Fairness, Efficiency and Employee welfare.
These resources aim to improve organizational climate dimensions by upgrading transverse competences of both managers (especially leadership) and employees of different companies. Furthermore, these materials are composed by training programmes and tools, following the European model of 80% practice and 20% theory, in addition to assessment tools. Each toolkit is adjusted to its target group, i.e. managers/employers and employees.
The toolkits are one of the main results of the OSTESA EU project. In close collaboration with end-users, innovative, useful and effective resources are being developed to meet the needs and expectations of general managers, employees and trainers/consultants/HR employees.
